Geldarts — Bookkeeping & Accounts

About

A small practice, run properly.

Geldarts is a bookkeeping practice run by Ryan Geldart. It keeps the books for sole traders, landlords and small companies across the UK, and files what needs filing on time.

Ryan is studying for an honours degree in finance alongside running the practice, and is a developer by trade. The firm runs on software he built for it: a ledger, bank feeds, receipt capture and a client portal designed around how small businesses actually operate, rather than adapted from something meant for a finance department. The plan is deliberate: bookkeeping first, done well, on tools we control, then accountancy and advisory as the qualifications follow.

Before taking on a single client the firm will be supervised for anti-money-laundering purposes, hold professional indemnity insurance, and be registered with the Information Commissioner's Office. Those aren't badges; they're the minimum for handling someone's financial records, and we'll publish the registration details here as each is confirmed.
