VAT-registered sole traders and small limited companies. Up to 150 transactions a month.

Questions
Any line on a bank or card statement, plus each sales invoice and purchase bill. Transfers between your own accounts don't count.
We add £30 per extra 100 that month and tell you. If it happens three months running we'll suggest moving up a package, which usually works out cheaper.
No. Monthly rolling, cancel with a month's notice. If you leave, you get your books and all your documents in a form any other bookkeeper or accountant can use.
Our own. Geldarts runs on a platform built in-house: ledger, Open Banking bank feeds, receipt capture and a client portal, included in every package with no software fee passed on. If you're already on Xero or QuickBooks we can work in that instead.
Not yet. We prepare a reconciled year-end pack for your accountant, or introduce you to one. Clean books make that work materially cheaper.
There's a one-off onboarding fee from £150 which covers connecting everything and bringing old books up to date. Then the monthly fee starts.
