These terms govern your use of geldarts.co.uk and its subdomains (the “site”), operated by Geldarts Ltd. By using the site you accept them. Our terms of business govern any services we provide; these website terms do not create a client relationship.

Content on the site, including articles about tax and Making Tax Digital, is general information current at the date shown. It is not accounting, tax or legal advice and does not take account of your circumstances. Tax law and HMRC guidance change frequently. Prices shown are indicative for the described package limits and are confirmed in a written quote or engagement letter before any work begins. We may change published prices at any time; changes do not affect an existing engagement except as set out in our terms of business.
3. Acceptable use
You must not use the site to transmit unlawful, defamatory or infringing material; attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site or its systems; introduce malicious code; scrape or copy content for commercial purposes; or submit false information through our forms.
4. Intellectual property
The site, its design, text, logos and code are owned by Geldarts Ltd or licensed to us. You may view and print pages for personal or internal business use. Any other use requires our written permission. “Geldarts” and the Geldarts mark are our trade marks.

We aim to keep the site available but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may suspend, withdraw or change the site without notice.

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, save that consumers resident in Scotland or Northern Ireland may bring proceedings in their local courts.
